Buying, selling, or simply curious? Access property assessment information online

It’s now a little easier to estimate the value of any piece of property in New Brunswick. This is especially handy if you're in the market for a new home.

Using a civic address, property account number (PAN), or parcel identifier number (PID), Service New Brunswick’s new webpage allows the public to access information on properties in the province. If you do not know the address, PAN or PID, simply search using their Map.

What information can you access?

·      Current and past property assessments

·      Tax levies

·      Recent sale dates and prices (for properties sold after January 1, 2009)

If you’re interested in learning more about a specific property in New Brunswick, you can easily do so using the Property Assessment webpage. Click here for a short introductory video on how it’s used.
